iPad Automaticly Off

One of my iPad user, accidentally change the theme in the iPad 1. The problem now is that when i click setting icon the iPad automatically went to off mode, few seconds the apple logo appeared and is on again, ok for games. I click on the safari icon. same thing happened, youtube icon and Gmail, seems like any icon connected to the internet the iPad will go into off mode and the apple logo reappears after few second. I tried to swith off, but the propblem still ocurrs.
Also all icon such as wifi, batery did not appear on top of the screen.
Pls let me know what need to be done.

Hi Matdek - welcome to the forum!

When 'quirky' behavior inflicts the iPad, the first steps are to Restart and if not successful Reset the iPad; now you may have already tried the restart option - directions HERE - if not successful, please post back for further advice - good luck!
