iPad being replaced do I reset

I have an iPad that I will be sending back for replacement. Want to remove all info before sending back. Assume I should do a "Reset"???

Any instructions on how to do. I did back up to iCloud so I can restore new one from iCloud.

Want to make sure I do not destroy iCloud back up when doing reset.

After you have done a backup you trust then:

Settings | Geneeral | Reset | Erase all Content and Settings
