iPad Corporate use

Hi,

I'd like to get some ideas. I have bought iPads for my management to use for their meetings.

The main problem I have now is that the secretaries do not have time to upload the files into the iPad because the management are away for meetings the whole day. I was wondering if there's a solution to this problem.

Dropbox app would not be approved as the company's documents are deemed to be confidential.

Has anyone encounter this problem?

how is the personal cloud possible?

develop a dropbox-styled app and host it in the company's servers?

Are the documents huge? Why not just e-mail them.

Yeah, personal cloud is called an intranet.

You could use FTP and something like GoodReader or even dedicated HTTP pages on the network. All very simple for any network admin.

Yeah, documents are pretty huge and many of them; therefore email would not be ideal.

I got them the GoodReader App to store all the documents for the meetings.

How exactly can I use FTP with GoodReader? Thanks again.
