Hi there,I will be traveling to the US with my ipad4 with WiFi and cellular.Will a wifi network be detected by my device or do I need to make changes to wifi settings.Are pre paid data packages available from AT&T or Verizon with a micro SIM card.

Your iPad should work anywhere on WiFi. In regards to the pre-paid cellular data plans, you should contact the cellular provider and inquire as to what's available.
