iPad: ICE - In Case of Emergency apps?

There are a number of very good ICE apps for Windoze tablets (Emergency Kit is well thought of) and a few for iPhones which get very mixed and tending to poor reviews, but there are none which seem specifically tailored for iPads (iOS7.n).

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good and comprehensive ICE app for iPads?
