This issue can occur when a podcast does not include an album name in the metadata. Here's how to correct this issue:

1. Download the podcast on your computer using iTunes.
2. Select the Podcast in iTunes.
3. Choose File > Get Info from the menubar.
4. Select Info.
5. Enter a title or name in the Album field.
6. Sync the podcasts to your iPad.
