iPad jb can't sync with itunes, please help!

hi guys, this topic may have pop out a few times but i could not find an answer via search....

here's my issues, i just jb my ipad. i used cydia to download some apps. when i connect my ipad to itunes, it prompt me to delete them. i click NO, it still does not sync my other stuff like calander, contact, photos, etc..... is it once jb, we can't sync with itunes?

anyone here can help and advise me what i should be doing or i got some application wrong. thanks in advance.

in itunes right click the ipad and select transfer purchases.

no, you can sync with iTunes, no matter.
