ipad kept restarting after ios6 update

i just upgrades to ios6 and my ipad3 keeps on shutting down. Stays on for 10 ~ 15 seconds and shuts down and restarts. on and on and on. Any suggestions what should i do.

Never heard of anyone else having this issue, maybe try and do a fresh install of iOS 6.

i dont get it so you want me to reinstall the ios6 but when i go to general > software update it dosent allow me to re install it

You need to download the the correct IPSW file for your device from the below link.

And then follow this tutorial to update your device
