IPad Mailboxes create new folder

Hi All

I need to save some of impt mail for future reference.

Hope some one can advise me how to create new folder.

I can Create folder in yahoo and Gmail account , but my company email account I not sure how to do it.

But I notice that my company email account have below folder

Inbox
Drafts
Send
Trash
Notes
Send items
