iPad mic isn't working

Which app? Have you checked in the app that the mic isn't muted?

Some say using a vacuum cleaner on the mic sorts it out? Maybe blocked in factory?

Are you using a case?

If its still under warranty, I'd take it back and see about getting it replaced.


You might also have a look at this thread. Using a vacuum cleaner has been known to work.
