iPad Mini Fits Very Nicely in Car Dashboard!

MacRumors features a video of what would seem to be the very first install of an iPad mini in a car dashboard! The install happened just a few hours after the iPad mini went on sale, and was carried out by Soundwaves of Tampa, Florida, on a 2012 Toyota Corolla. The dash was custom made to enable the iPad mini to slide right in. The guys doing the installing actually hooked it up so that the iPad mini plays Pandora and iHeartRadio via a previously installed audio system. MacRumors also surmises that because the LTE version of the tablet is not yet on sale, the car in which the iPad mini was installed probably has a MiFi hotspot installed as well so that the iPad mini can interface online, which it would need to do for those two particular music apps, of course. It certainly all looks very neat, and well done to Soundwaves for getting it installed so quickly!
