iPad NAND error (iTunes err 3149/4014/4015)

hello, i'm a new guy here.

I signed up here to ask anyone of you who recognize my problem and can solve it.
as can u see on the title itself, im having a problem which is a NAND error. as I reboot the iPad, the screen produces weird lines of command. I already found a video on Youtube which suggested tht I should replace my LCD+ Digitizer+Front camera as that is what causing my problems.
is it true? Further explanation from the comments tht i've read said tht the front camera flex is causing the problem. I need help please....

While I can offer no assistance, could you post the iPad model and any other info? Hopefully someone will come to your rescue... (It might help also to post the country you are in, as someone may be able to point you to something local if needs be.)

Oh yes, my iPad is an iPad 4 @ iPad Retina. Currently running in iOS 8.1.2. The iPad cannot be booted. I'm from Malaysia.

Can you indicate what you were doing on the iPad immediately before those error messages appeared. Were you trying to update or restore your iPad, maybe with a USB connection to your computer? I would not yet assume there is a physical problem on your iPad before some other checks are made.
