Ipad pens help please

O iPad pens wareout please help I really wanna know cus I really wanna get a rubber tipped typish one

I've goy a Boxwave that I use almost as much as a finger for moving around the iPad. It's shown no signs of wearing out yet but I'm sure that it will eventually. The question for me is will I loose it before it wears out and the answer is "probably".
These things are only a few dollars I would be too concerned about how long they last.
