IPad Pro not updating

I have an iPad Pro that has been upgraded to iOS 11.1. The iPad has not received the 11.2 nor the 11.3 updates. When I click “software update”, I get a message indicating that “Your software is up to date”. I have tried resetting the iPad, but it still will not update past iOS 11.1.

Any thoughts as to what the issue might be?

iOS 11.1 is a beta version - developer beta or public beta. If your iPad is running that software, there’s no update at the moment.

The latest software for regular users is 11.0.3.

Thank you, it didn’t register that the iPad was iOS 11.1 and the iPhone was 11.0.3
