Ipad project

I have an ipad 1 i think, anyway i want to use it as platform for my construction business (home improvement). I want to video, record my voice turn it tto speech to text, voice all my actions, email to my customers immediately. I have several hardware applications in mind and have tried apps for voice video all seemingly funky. Interesting project, but truly a useful tool for my business just not tech savvy enough to build the "Virutal Office".

A mobile office. You could be out sailing or fishing while you are running your business.
Then beach your boat and unload your gear and mini van and off you go to do the construction work.
That seems like a good project for you.
