ipad rentals?

There is any company out there that rent ipads? I will like to try one for a few weeks to see how it's till I can buy my ipad2 (hopefully soon)

Well, there's a school out there that's making iPads mandatory, and they'll rent one to parents for $200 a year if they can't afford one.

So, if you are willing to move, have a grade school kid (or can pass for one) you're in.

if you have already decided on purchasing an ipad, what is the point of test driving one? its usually the other way round....test drive in order to decide on wether to buy or not.

Then just wait some time, except twerppoet said, I suppose there are not ways to rent an iPad, still don't have this market.

Well, I guess you could always book a flight on one of those airlines that lets you rent an iPad for inflight entertainment. Might be the only reason to look forward to a really long flight.

heh! A quick Google search reveals that it is indeed possible to rent an iPad. I didn't look at more than one page, so I don't know the terms, but rentacomputer.com is more than happy to take money for iPad rentals.

No prices quoted, you have to send a request.

I suspect this is not for the casual renter.

And there were plenty of other links that I did not bother to open, but that looked like similar businesses. I think they do rental and leasing for companies, conventions, etc.
