iPad screen display

My iPad screen display is perpetually zoomed in, so much that my keyboard only partially displays when it pops up. i haven't been able to find any posts on the topic, and can find nothing in the manual that addresses it... has anyone encountered this before??

Tap the screen with 3 fingers, one time. Tap again to go back into Zoom mode. Your in zoom mode. Go into Settings - General - Accessibility - Zoom, turn it off if you don't want too use that feature. I find it very handy on sites with really small type.
