I often turn cellular data off when I'm on wifi. When I do this email gets stuck in my outbox and won't send. I then must turn data back on and then it sends by wifi. Why and is there a fix for this?
I have Cellular Data turned off on my "New" iPad "3" and email comes and goes just fine via Wi-Fi.
Doesn't matter if the iPad is on or sleeping.
I do NOT have an active data plan at the moment if that makes any difference.
