iPad2 HELP!

I downloaded the update for iOS and now when I turn it on the screen only shows the USB cord with an arrow pointing towards iTunes. I don't use iTunes...how do I fix it???

Thanks! I actually had already downloaded iTunes and started a software update...it says after the update iTunes will restore and recover the iPad. Does this work? Or will I still need to follow your link and download the fix?
