Ipad2 rotation of screen?

is there some reason I can't rotate the screen when I rotate the whole iPad itself. Other apps the screen will go from vertical view to horizontal view.

Sorry, I left out fact that the prob. Is with the iPad forum screen.

Go to More > Settings > Forum Reading Options > and turn "Lock to Portrait" to OFF.
