Ipad2 wifi - need to get gps working

I have iPhone 4 and a wireless Bluetooth Gps

I have tried connecting directly to the GPS using Bluetooth on Ipad2.

Did not recognize it

I tried connecting to iPhone 4 with personal hotspot utilizing the GPS on the iphone4

Did not work

BTSTACK GPS recognizes my gps on the iPhone.

My question is there a similar program via app store to this for the ipad2

My prayers will all be answered when a JB comes for the ipad2

Until then is there a similar program for the ipad2
