IPAD2 Year appear to be 2555BE!!

hi all,

Wonder anyone can help me as i am all puzzled with my ipad2 appear to have the year as 2555BE ie 16JAN 2555BE ... anyway to adjust to 2012?? i have tried restoring it and year cant be adjust via setting>date & time... pls help!!

You need to go into settings, go to "general" go to "international" and change your "region format". You have it set to the Buddhist calendar.
