Ipads for Music Performance classes.

I would like to use Ipads in my choir, guitar and piano classes, for quizzes, demos, composing, tests, reading music, theory lessons, dictation, and ear training. How do I get 25 ipads to talk to mine and my computer, instantly like other classes in our school are using clickers?
