Is it possible to load your Sky contacts list into the iPad?

Hi - I have just bought an iPad2 and set up my Sky email account. While my sky mail updates, my Contacts list does not...so must I type in all my Contacts into the iPad? I would have thought this list would load automatically...Please help!
