Is there an App for my IPAD emulating Iphone?

Am developping a mobile website and am wondering if there is an app out there that can simulate viewing my mobile website on Iphone (other mobile device too would be great).

or is there a way or a browser that keep the screen resolution at 240x320 on the IPAD.
