I have an ipad2 for my asd daughter and she has so many apps on her ipad that i need to remove some to make room for more challenging and new ones. Does anyone know of an app or a way through itunes that can tell me how long she spends on each app or even if shes using them? Thankyou.

Hi and welcome to the Forum!

I don't know if you could find out time spent in each app but you can find out which ones she's using. Do the four finger swipe up or double press the home button and this will bring up your multi task bar along the bottom. Here you will find all the apps she has opened. You could close these out after each time she uses the iPad and keep a record for a few days to really see which ones she is enjoying the most. To close these completely, while in the multi task bar just press one of the apps and it will begin to jiggle and red minus signs will appear above them all. Press these and they will close completely. Just press the home button to return to the normal screen. When she opens another app they will appear in this bar again. Hope this helps.

Thanks very much, I was trying to do it the lazy way!!!! I didn't think there was such an app I have been searching for a few days now, but I thought maybe I wasn't searching for the right thing.

Once again thanks for your quick response and I will check out the links you have shared with me.

You're welcome! It is a good idea to close out your apps regularly anyway, it helps to keep everything running smoothly on the iPad. If ever you have a problem with an app this is the first step to take to rectify it too. Enjoy!
