Is this a Legitimate page or a scam?

Well, who knows?
They could very well be the ones that will be the first to release a jail break. But - they haven't yet, so, as always, treat anything anyone says about a jail break for iOS 7 with skepticism and caution.
I've removed the link because (1) we don't allow Facebook links here and (2) there is no need to advertise yet another site purporting to have a jail break in the works.
Bottom line: a jail break will most likely come and all we can do is wait. For now, keep this one piece of advice to mind - never believe anyone has a jail break until you actually see it running and (2) never (ever!) pay for a jail break.
As we keep track of a jail break for iOS 7 via this thread - http://www.ipadforums.net/ipad-hacking/114230-ios7-jailbreak-status-thread-official.html - this one is closed to prevent duplication and fragmentation. Thanks.
