iTunes not storing iPad backup since 10/10/10 (greenpois0n release)!!

Hello,

I sync my iPad and iPhone on a daily basis. Yesterday I needed to do a restore and realized (to my horror) that the last iPad or iPhone device backup iTunes had for me was on 10/10/10, the day I installed greenpois0n on both devices. So, since I sync these devices daily, where are the backups going? And is there a way I can get them back into iTunes in case I have to do a restore again?

Thanks for the advice, someone suggested I un/reinstall itunes and that did the trick! Thanks!
