Sending data from a memory stick to ipad via iusbport is easy once you have mastered the procedure, however i would like to know how to do the reverse procedure, using only those two devices plus maybe a necessary app. If this is possible.

Yes, possible.
I use an FTP App ( in my case FTP Sprite+).
The IUSB device is set up as an FTP server (see pic).





You can download from the USB memory and then open in... (whichever app you need).
From within the app you are working on the file you want to send back to the USB you will need to "open in..." FTP Sprite+ then upload it to your cloudftp FTP-server.
