in my ipad 3,i have already install jailbreak. if i am upgarde to ios 7,my photo will lost or not?

The only way to get a jailbroken device to the latest firmware is to restore, not update. Meaning yes, you'll lose everything. You'll need to sync/backup your content to iTunes or iCloud, restore the device in DFU mode, then restore the content back onto your device
