Jailbroken ipad wont allow me to restore and doesnt work properly

so this is the second time this has happened to me and the the first time it took me three hours to fix it, but i didnt really fix it, it just magically worked again.
my ipad is jailbroken and it randomly shut down and then powered back up and i cant access settings or cydia,and none of my computers will allow me to restore it, even when i put it in DFU mode
help please !!!!!!!!!
