Joining In and a TapaTalk Question

Hello everyone.

I have recently joined this forum, after reading various threads and posts via google searches and finding consistently useful info.

I have a 1st gen iPad and live in the Southern California area.

Quick question (hopefully this is the right place for it). I recently installed the TapaTalk app, and while I can use it to read posts, I can't figure out how to create a new thread in any area, such as the iPad Help section. Can anyone point me in the right direction on this?

In the iPad at the bottom there is latest, forums, etc. Tap forums, scroll to the forum you want ,open it, then in upper right corner there is an arrow. Tap that and "new topic" should be an option.

Thanks very much. The answer was staring me right in the face.

Another quick question. Some posts I have read here have a closing line about "using IPF."

Do you happen to know what this stands for?

Ipad Forums, its an app like tapatalk but specifically for this forum.

That question should be a stickie it comes up at least once a day
