What will you be doing on July 19th? Apart from having your photograph taken, that is. On that date, the spacecraft Cassini will turn it's cameras sunward, and take photographs of the Earth. It will also be taking photographs of the entire Saturnian ring system. Don't expect to appear in too high a resolution. Your photograph will be taken from around 900 million miles away.

OK thanks for the heads up Kevin. I'll make sure to get out a clean pair of trakkies and my best "cheese" smile.

Recovering from my daughter's birthday party, I suppose. It will be night in Europe, when this takes place, so hopefully no one will see me. ;-)

A great event, for sure! I wonder when we'll get to see the results.

I wonder, too.
I don't really know what I'll be doing. I'll probably be posting!

Well that day will be Boat night...so I'll wear my crazy colorful bird hat and waving with a margarita in my hand! "Cheese!" ;)

I don't think I'll stand out in the crowd as well now when they take our picture from Saturn. I've lost some weight this year :p
