Just getting started & creating a WiFi hot spot with iPad 2

Yep, i'm a newbee to the forum
I understood that iPad2 software upgrade to iOs 5.1 included the ability to turn the iPad into a WiFi hotspot. I cant find it in setting but maybe i am going blind in my old age?? Can someone enlighten me please?

I think that is only for the " NEW " Ipad (3). I could be wrong.

I think Agent is right here, this feature is only available on the new iPad. I also have an iPad 2 on 5.1 and I don't have it.
