I just jailbroke my iPad2 using jailbreakme. Do I need to install PDF patcher 2?

You would need to restore in order re-jailbreak which would wipe everything including the pdf patcher. Then re-jailbreak....and then install PDF patcher....

The beauty of this new JB is that it is virtually impossible to brick your iPad, it can be restored and start again. As long as you don't update your iPad past 4.3.3

Don't panic till a problem occurs, get out there and fill your iPad to the brim with all these newly available apps, I'm getting bags under my eyes I'm spending so much time on my iPad these days.
