Language Problem

Hi,
Received the iPod2 today and set most of the basics up but I have a problem with language when I use the shortcuts on the iPad for iTunes, App Store etc. When I get through the site language is in Spanish, probably because my IP is Spanish, so how do I change the site language to English.
