Location Service for iPad 4 w cellular

Here's a noob question. I just got an iPad 4 with wifi+cellular. The user manual clearly shows a screen capture where the settings contain a Location Service option just below the wifi settings switch. The problem is, there is none showing in my iPad settings? Am I missing something?

I would really appreciate it if anyone who knows better than I do help me out in figuring where the Location Settings is in my iPad 4 with cellular.

Are you using the manual that goes with your current version of iOS? They update the manual with every iOS update. Location Servcies are now found in Settings | Privacy.
