New iPad 4 location services not working :(

Hi...
I just got a new iPad 4 last week. And today only ,I was checking the location services on Facebook checkin and other apps, and I see the location services are not working .

I went to settings - privacy - location services and enabled it . But still no joy.

Apps keep on saying couldn't find your location

What to do now ?

Try going to Settings>General>Restrictions>Location Services.

Location services must be on for location to work.

If location services is turned on, as well as the switch for the app in question, then there's the possibility of some kind of hardware fault. You may want to make a Genius Bar appointment at an AppleStore to make sure.
