Lock up your daughters. New guy in town.

Actually, your daughters are quite safe from me. Your mothers, on the other hand .....

I'm Steve from Blackburn in the North West of England. I'm in my 60's and retired. My spine is totally Kerry Packered but I try to keep smiling.
I like computers because they let me and my mind (dumb as it is) go off all over the planet on voyages of discovery.
My computer collection is spread about the house and drives my wife mad which is all part of my cunning plan. My main computer is a newish Mac Mini paired up with a 52" plasma screen but there is a Windows XP desktop in the study that my wife uses (she is as computer mad as I am). There is an identical Compaq DC7600 SFF computer up in my bedroom for when I am stuck in bed for days at a time. Then there is an Advent Netbook that goes everywhere with me to write notes, read e-books or watch movies when I'm out and about.
That Netbook may be redundant now that I have just bought myself an iPad 2.

I usually find I discover one new interesting and useful piece of information about my iPad every day - and often not even what I was looking for!!
