Looking for app that is like readle and omnifocus

I'm having a hard time finding an app that Syncs to Dropbox that has the following things

Task list
A folder to hold and add dream journals each night
A folder to hold daily journal entries
Several other folders that hold more documents that I can create in


Sync to Dropbox or MobileMe is impt. Any help appreciated.
