Looking for ipad dock with airplay and hdmi

Hi im looking for the ultimate ipad dock if that exist. The dock should have hdmi port and also includes airplay. This way it will be a nice fit for any hifi gear. Streaming music from an ipad using airplay to the dock and sending the music over hdmi to the reciver. Im aware that using an atv2 will allow for airplay compability to the reciver, but im looking for 1 solution to cover and ipad dock and airplay.

Anyone knows if this kind of dock exist?

Hi mate, thanks for your reply.

The Zepplin sure is nice. But i dont need the speaker part since i already have an receiver and kick ass speakers. Im looking for a dock only that will get the music over airplay and transfer the music to receiver by hdmi.
