Looking for specific music player app

Hello,
I need a music player app that has this:
Slide over multitasking ability
Ability to download songs from DropBox
Can play MP3 and m4a files

I've spent several hours without luck.
The deal breaker is not having the slide over multitasking feature.
Any ideas ???
