Looking for Video App that includes a Playlist

Does anyone know of a good video player app that allows you to setup and play video playlists on the iPad 3 (iOS 5.1.1)? I've been looking around and can't find one anywhere. This would be for videos that I have stored on my iPad, not streaming. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I have BUZZ Player app. It costs US$4.95 in the AppStore. Here is a screen shot inside of the app. Notice playlist. It can play a lot of different files.
