Looking for video record App with fixed color and brightness features

Hi guys,

I would like to use my iPad to record phone apps running on iPhone and Droids. However the iPad video recorder in iMovie or any other app that I have tried, keeps "adjusting" the colour and brightness! Anyone knows of a way to lock these so that they don't change during the recording?
