Hi, apple make lazy, I forget my password of outlook.com because every time I chk mail thro mail app.now the issue I run two mail address on mail app one gmail & 2nd outlook I try thro block account forum and give my second account address let see what Microsoft do but thro this forum I want to ask I send mail thro outlook to gmail but no response due to account block I did not received mail on gmail.

I don't know exactly what your problem is, so I'm not sure if this will help:

If your forgot your password, open your browser and go to the Outlook Sign In site. This is what you'll find there:

Select "Can't access...?" to get help.

When you've changed your password, you'll have to do it for the account in Mail as well. The easiest way to do it, is to delete the account in Settings - Mails, ... and add it again afterwards.

Yes I know but tell me my account is active in ipad can it use full for recovery

That's not possible. You need a different email account or a phone number to verify your email address.
