How can I delete an email that won't delete as soon as I select it to read it, It drops out and send me back to the main menu.

Try to access the email account through a browser and delete it there.

As long as some other email is selected, just swipe right-to-left the one you want deleted. It should show a red delete button. As long as you are careful not to tap the list item, it will not be selected for view, and therefor should not crash the client.

Or, as Johanna said, delete it through your email provider's website; if your provider has one.
