Making Adjustment for "Not Charging" Problem

Do you think it is right/healthy making adjusments by using Asus's software to solve iPad's "Not Charging" problem ? Will it be harmful for my iPad ? Is there any possibilities ?

Thank you.

No. The iPad will draw the power it needs, and stop when it's had enough. I would be more worried about damaging the computer by sending more power to the USB port, but no-one has reported any issues yet, and the Asus software seems quite popular.

Thank you so much. The important thing is iPad, don't care about the computer :p

You and me both. If my PC were to "accidentally" explode, I would have justification for buying an iMac.

What iPad "not charging problem?" I've never had any such problem with ipad 1, iPad 2, or my New iPad.

When you plug in your iPad to your PC, it says "Not Charging" at the top of the screen. Because Pc's USB ports don't have enough power to charge iPad. But you can change power limit by using Asus software. My question was about this. Is it harmful to change power limit ? Probably no, for iPad. Maybe, for Pc.
