Map/Nav app multiple addresses

I need to map 20-40 addresses for work. I need to visit each address make a note about the outcome and navigate to the next closest address.
What app is gonna work best for me?

It's probably not what you're looking for, but the diary/task manager Pocket Informant HD is fully integrated with the iPad's GPS and Maps app and allows you to make notes etc related to the location of the activity. You can download the comprehensive User Manual from the Developer's website for free, so you'd be able to see if it meets your requirements.

Whatever nav app you use, if you enable location services for Evernote it includes the GPS data in the notes you take.
