Maps and youtube trouble

I just upgraded my ios to 5.1.1 and now i cant use my map, it always show 'can't determined location' and there is no picture on there, i cant use youtube too, it always show 'cannot connect to youtube' what should i do?

Have you tried turning off your iPad completely and then power it back up (rebooting)?
Many times this can solve the problems you are describing especially after upgrading the iOS.
I realize the upgrade rebooted your iPad but try it again, it can't hurt aand may solve your problem.

Refreshing the iPad's RAM may solve the problem, yes, like rebooting your iPad
