Ok. If you guys have ever got a black screen bug... If you don't sort it out you will infect friends who visit you. There is a way out of this though so don't worry.

1. Log out of GL live.
2. Exit the game.
3. Start again and go to social.
4. Choose Facebook. And then visit Agent K.

Everything should be fine and dandy by now. Good luck!

Ok - for those still stuck on the revgloves mission: either you have to die or your partner does.
So if you have a high level, chose a partner with a much lower level than you and vice versa.
Jump to somewhere like Brooklyn in 1969, and choose a fight ( one with a blue gun - the green guys with purple skirts is a good one for it!)
If you are trying to die it might be better to do a fight on your own first to lower your health, then call your partner for the next fight.
Equip yourself with the lowest power gun and shoot at the guy with the highest health as little as possible and wait until one of you dies, then use the revgloves.
If your partner shoots all the aliens, just pick another fight right away call in a different partner (which is why it's better to have a few friends) and repeat.
